Photography at Tandem is led by Em, whose approach blends documentary storytelling with thoughtful direction to preserve the moments that make each wedding unique.

Tom often works alongside Em throughout the day, providing support and a second perspective during key moments.

For many weddings we are also joined by a trusted second photographer. These professionals have worked with us for years and understand the Tandem approach to photographing weddings with care and intention.

In select situations we may offer associate coverage as well. Every gallery is still curated through our studio to ensure it reflects the quality and storytelling Tandem couples expect.
